Very clean and efficient. Med asst Danny and the PA were awesome & friendly as was the front desk staff. I would definitely go back. I waited about 15 minutes. I was a walk in.

Everyone was very helpful and caring. It was easy to register and I did not have a long wait time before I saw the doctor

I was there for 3 hours, even with an appointment, wasn't fun. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. My only complaint would be horrible wait time

The facility on rte 125 north andover was fine once I was seen by the healthcare provider and I have nothing negative regarding the care. BUT the male individual who "sits" at the front reception desk needs to Go. He has zero customer service skills and is clueless and very rude regarding his patient-interaction. He told me "check yourself in over there ( at the kiosk), because I'm busy; so if you don't want to do it yourself, you'll have to wait, because I'm doing something now". I asked what about the other "receptionist" sitting near him. He said: "She's eating, so you'll have to wait; or go some place else". I would like to know who hires people like these? One is "busy eating" [ at front desk] so she can't or won't accommodate checking me in;;; he us busy with "something",,,,so if I don't like being treated in such a derogatory manner by these two morons...he told me I can "go some place else". ! Wow, just Wow. If this is all they can find to "sit" at front desk....I have a suggestion: please have no one "sit" at front desk and get paid for doing nothing. Since there is availability to do self-check-in....then just do away with these two useless airheads.

I had symptoms of a sinus infection. Walked in at about 645pm filled paperwork,saw doctor and was out about 720pm. went to pharmacy to pick up script. All the staff that I interacted with were courteous, friendly and professional. I rate the overall experience an A+.

Excellent care at AFC urgent care .  Staff was amazing, no wait times , called perscription in right away .

Very easy to schedule an appt!  Once there, wait time was short and staff was very friendly! Left with prescription on order.  Would definitely recommend.

Staff was excellent had no problems with check in. Had no problems with the staff getting ready for the blood pressure test,hearing test,eye test. They were very professional.
