IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: A message about COVID-19 from our clinic: We do not have the appropriate resources available to treat COVID-19 at this clinic. If you are experiencing a fever, cough and shortness of breath, you should go directly to the Emergency Room closest to you.
We accept most major insurance plans with the exception of all Medicaid and HMO plans. Patients with accepted insurance will be asked to sign a financial responsibility form before testing.

We do not have the appropriate resources available to treat coronavirus at this clinic. If you are experiencing a fever, cough and shortness of breath, you should go directly to the Emergency Room closest to you.
Insurance is not accepted but we will provide you with a receipt so you can submit to your insurance for full reimbursement. The out of pocket cost for the rapid PCR test is $250.00 and the cost of the rapid Antigen test is $150.00. This is non-refundable. You will be charged at the time of your appointment.
