Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I made an appt firts of the day. I got on time. And they passed firts the walking. How they is posible I made an appt I was firtsy and the schedule...and the walking was attended first.

I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. Thanks
