Everyone was friendly and polite. Wait time was very brief and the care provider was kind and provided great additional advice beyond the diagnosis and treatment plan to include common issues and care plans of which to be mindful.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Because they have an x-ray machine and I went in for what I thought was a sprained ankle and that’s what I had. I would recommend.

I walked in, explained why I was there, filled out forms and was seen very shortly. The reception staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The care was excellent and again, knowledgeable and communicative. I have been here twice before so I am a repeat patient. Do I need say more? My recommendation is go to Springfield Urgent Care first.

Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.
