Staff here is outstanding. They are very caring and so thorough! I use Michigan Urgent Care for virtually all of my medical needs. The Waterford location specifically, is my absolute favorite. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. It appears that there is not much turnover at this location which says a lot by itself. Blanca and 2 of the full time receptionists are the best!! Sadly, I've had to visit several urgent care facilities in my 51 years but this one is by far the best!!

Family Urgent Care, Walled Lake - 1340 S Commerce Rd

While I was initially hesitant to visit an urgent care facility - the location and "newness" of this office (plus, my need for quick answers) - prompted me to visit on 1/31/23. It was absolutely a pleasure. All staff members (Specifically, Dr. Dwaik and the triage nurse) were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Since I often have a difficult time getting an appointment to see my longstanding family doctor due to short business hours and a packed schedule, I will gladly visit Family Urgent Care should the need arise. Thank you for putting me at ease and being so patient and attentive to my concerns!
