Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

On line check in is a little difficult. If you not savy with transporting picturea.

Appointment scheduling is straightforward and easy. Staff was efficient. Provider was caring. He listened. Great experience.

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.

Have been feeling sick with sore throat and went to my favorite health care place in Ann Arbor to get it looked at. The entire staff is super kind and I’m always helpful. I feel listened to and not crazy. I can’t believe I enjoy going to urgent care but this is that place for me! The staff make it incredible with their all around care! And check in is easy

Because they have an x-ray machine and I went in for what I thought was a sprained ankle and that’s what I had. I would recommend.

I was able to get right in and was there less than 30 minutes. Everyone was so nice, and it was extremely clean. Will absolutely be going back when needed!
