AFC Urgent Care, Statesville NC - 210 Turnersburg Hwy
My 2 kids have been sick for about a month. We’ve tried all the natural remedies and otc medications and just weren't getting better. Pre-registered online and filled out my paperwork. They were busy and under staffed so the wait was understandable. Front staff and nurses were friendly. I was happy to see that Shannon was our NP. We have been so lucky to see her every visit since we started coming. She has perfect bedside manner and it just feels like you're talking to family when she’s around. I’ve always had a great experience with her and my 4 year old loves and feels comfortable with her as well. I highly recommend this urgent over all the other ones in Statesville. So glad that we don’t have to settle for not-so-fast med anymore!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
