Easy to make an appointment  Staff was respectful and and pleasant

Stopped in late on Thursday night. Unfortunately there were 7 people ahead of me but was able to schedule appointment for 8:30am the next morning. Did my paperwork online so all that was needed was a co-pay. 8:25 I was getting vitals and answering general information and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but so very nice and sweet. Was brought to an exam room and by 8:45 Dr. Vincent confirmed my suspicions, ordered my medication and was able to take by 9:30. My very first time to an Urgent Care facility and I can say that the receptionist was kind and friendly, medical assistant was so sweet and knowledgeable and Dr. Vincent had a great bedside manner even though he stated it was a late night due to making sure all of those 7 patients were seen. Thank you all for making my 1st time visit easy!

My daughter needed to be seen that day and PM Pediatrics was the place to go. We walked in, the friendly staff helped us check in as we’ve never been to this location before. The wait was not that long, the provider was kind, honest and put us at ease. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
