The front desk was busy, and the staff member who assisted me was not very welcoming. I was also charged a copay that I should not have owed. When I called back, Brittany said she would adjust the fee, but she was abrupt and ended the call while I was still speaking. Because of this experience, I am unlikely to return. However, the PA who treated me was attentive and worked well with me.

Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.
