I am always pleased with service I receive at this facility. I must say I feel really sick and was given an antibiotic and cough syrup for my symptoms. I hope by Friday I am feeling better. For some reason this time there exist an element of doubt however we will see. I certainly will call if I am not better by Thursday. I would recommend the facility.

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars
