Everyone was great. From in take, to vitals to Dr. Faud it was amazing. Friendly and caring. Next day I felt so much better. Will come for future care. Only thing they had Spanish speaking patients and no one was available to translate or help them. But they did try with using the phone translating but someone should be onboard that can help with this type of situation. But overall great place.

Fast, friendly, competent staff. Had all the testing equipment for what we needed.

Scheduling and check-in were so easy. It released my anxiety over getting help right away that morning. Without exception, everyone was courteous and professional. Doctor Craig was extremely  thorough  checking beyond the ordinary and digging deeper. Thank you everyone.

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.
