Had an appt for 620 and was not seen until 715.  What is the point of having an appointment?

I booked an appt the day before and was seen right away. I like that you can register and do all the paperwork online before the appt. Also, you can check in on your phone and it shows you a wait list. I went to the one in Linden and the staff was nice and friendly.

Booking was easy but I wasn’t seen for about 45 minutes after appointment time. The waiting room was empty with the exception of only 1 other person waiting, the receptionist was mostly there but couldn’t be seen from the waiting room Odd. The doctor on duty was attentive, perceptive, referred me for testing. And called me the next day to make sure I received the right care. Impressive!

Had such a terrible backache and frequent urination that I made an appointment on a Saturday. The quality of care was outstanding. My PA was knowledgeable and asked questions about my other health issues. The staff worked well together.
