I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Check in was easy. I was a walk in. The staff that attended me were amazing. Thank you!

My appointment was schedule Occupational physical for my job as a School Crossing Guard They were very helpful in sending the guid for their hearing test with people wearing hearing aids The manager fax fax the required information to my audiologist quickly  I hope this renew makes sense because I have a oval thing with the silvhealth right in the middle of what I’m typing very very annoying The End

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

I’ve been to this urgent care more than once and have had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable, and I’ve always felt like my concerns were actually listened to and taken seriously. I was able to get the care I needed without feeling rushed or dismissed. Definitely one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had and I would absolutely recommend this location! Also, the medical assistant who checked me in and took my vitals was incredibly sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a shoutout too:)

I would  definitely  recommend  I went with  out appoitment  no need wait too long and the staff are very nice.And  the most important  for me they are very helpful  with  my concerns about my health

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.
