Having the ability to schedule my appointment prior to arrival helped with wait times. I was taken care of very quickly. The provider who treated me (doctor/physician.) was VERY nice, understanding and helpful. The only thing that was discouraging was the nurse (I’m assuming that was her roll?) that came in prior to the doctor was very rough, and seemed very miserable while taking my vitals and such. She was asking me many questions. When I redirected her because of my comfortability, she became rude. Upon her leaving the room she slammed the door. Startling me. The reasoning I was there I would think she would have thought to be more mindful. Other than that, wonderful place.

I live in Glassboro and don't mind the drive out there at all. All of the staff have been very nice and accommodating. No problem getting in and getting seen - which is almost impossible given the last couple of years experiences. In comparison to the other Inspira Urgent Care centers, this one has been the best so far.

I was seen by Dr. Shradha she was very pleasant. She made me feel comfortable and took care of me right away. There was no wait, the place was clean .

I was back again last week with my special needs son. He had an acute infection. Once again, Dr. Decker did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and is an excellent physician. Dr. Decker recommended that my son follow up with a podiatrist. MY son's infection was resolved until I take him to the podiatrist. Inspira made an excellent choice in hiring Dr. Decker. Make sure that he stays at this location. Hint,Hint!
