Was going to schedule an appointment but decided to walk in. Wait was fine and physician assistant was great!  This urgent care is the best in Phoenixville area!

Went to office to have a Covid test done when I arrived I was checked in right away and call to the back while I was finish up checking in. The staff took my vitals and took me to a room to wait for the doctor. The doctor arrived five minutes later. Everyone were very respectful and pleasant.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
