My daughter was there for flu like symptoms on Easter. The nurse practitioner that day was extremely rough with my daughter to where she was screaming. Didn’t even test her for anything said it was some virus. Found out today it was the flu. Thanks

Excellent experience, excellent staff and service!

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.

I was here with my precious grandson and had no wait time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The NP made my 18 mos. grandson feel at ease and he did not cry for the first time. She was very good with him.

Was able to get in fast. The ladies up front were amazing with the check in process. Saw doctor after thry checked me for flu and covid.m, but didn't have. Treated for upper respiratory infection. They called in my medicine. Quick easy and fast. Thank you staff.

When with my daughter for her sinuses and i was pleased that my daughter got the care that she needed, the doctor was very helpful in getting my daughter treatment, staff members very kind. Dr.Lee was very kind and helpful with his advice on my ring finger and pinky finger that got hurt I felt alot better after my visit to the clinic and believe my fingers will be just fine. Thank you.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment and be seen. I had the option of a tele-health appointment but I really wanted a medical professional to check my symptoms. It was wonderful to be taken care of and listened to, not rushed through a televise. The PA, nurse and check in staff listened to me and helped me get the care that I needed. They also did it with a smile, and that is the best medicine!

Needed to renew my scripts, was able to do a phone call instead of an office visit. Call lasted maybe 30 seconds. Saved me a lot of time.

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

Woke up this morning, deciding to finally go to urgent care. I was sick now for a week  and feeling worse each day. I’ve been to Next Care before a was treated very well then and this time also the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind with checking in. The rest of the staff was also. I will continue to use Next Care for my emergencies. Thank you very much
