Excellent staff and service. No wait time, friendly staff.

Was not able to take my son to his pediatrician today. He’d been complaining of his ear being clogged and not being able to le to hear his teachers.

Came in 3 days before a long flight to Europe with sinus pressure in my ears.  This was my first ever visit and was amazed how quickly I was seen and how professional and personable the staff were….. from the front desk to the PA.  They had me in and out in less than an hour with an RX to clear my sinus pressure!  Truly impressed with everything!

The staff here is always lovely and ready to respond to any situation. Checkin is extremely easy except for the uploading ID part. As far as scheduling, I’ve never done that, I just walk right in and get care accordingly. Wait times are short. Care is not the best but, if medications or doctor notes are needed, they’ll take care of your needs.

Unfortunately I had to take my son to get an xray done. Check in processes was easy. The girls in the back were very polite. I didn’t feel rush or unheard. They were super gentle with my son’s hand. Definitely recommend them. Thank you to the student NP, the M.A, & the NP who all attended my son.

Wait time was good and I saw my favorite doctor. Dr.Bean she always pleasant and attentive.

Everything was oustading, I just surprised that they didn't prescribed nothing for my congestion and im still congested.

Staff was kind and efficient, no complaints there. But, two things could be improved. 1. Our appointment was at 9am and it was requested we arrive 10 minutes early. Well the staff did not unlock the front door until exactly 9am and we were called back several minutes later. What is the benefit to showing up early just to sit in our car or stand outside?  2. This office is in major need of some wall touch-up, paint and cleaning. This inspires little confidence in the cleanliness of a medical office when it's appearance has been neglected so badly. Based on this observation alone, we will only visit this office as a worst case option.  Please note: I would like this review to remain private as it's only intent is to help improve the office for the better. Thank you.

They got us back immediately. I didn’t even have a chance to sit down. They were so thorough and patient. It took an hour and a half for my daughter to leave a urine sample and they didn’t give up on us!

Immediate Relief for My Son’s Ear Infection I took my son to Urgent Care for Kids in Dallas today after he developed a painful ear infection. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure my son felt comfortable right away. The doctor was thorough, diagnosed the ear infection quickly, and prescribed antibiotics. The facility was clean, kid-friendly, and we didn’t wait long. My son was already feeling better by the time we left. I’m so relieved we found such efficient care on the same day!

Was able to schedule an appointment with minimal wait. The doctor and nurse took great care of my baby and helped explain everything asking the way. Kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.

10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!
