COVID testing & Rapid testing near me in Fort Worth, TX

I felt like the sickness was dismissed as a virus very quickly, didn’t even bother to check for strep. The staff is very friendly, but I just wish they would take our concerns a little more serious.

Booked online, waited about 10 mins. Got seen, they were worried that I needed more care so they sent me to a specialist. I thought that was an amazing way to show me that they care about my well-being.

My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

We had some glitch with the video call, otherwise 10/10. Jojo is a great NP, caring and supportive. Mika at the front desk was super helpful as well! Love the ease of city doc!

Never encountered more uninterested healthcare professionals in my life. The nurse taking vitals was leaned over the BP monitor cart while the cuff popped off twice, exhaling heavily like they had far better places to be and things to do.

Every staff member was so kind and helpful! Definitely will return if I have another urgent care need.

Went in for an ear ache and things went great. Fast, friendly and clean. This is the only clinic me and my family use. Service and care always seems top notch!

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

Thank you to the provider and the MA upfront who helped us today, they were very friendly and compassionate. I’m sorry I didn’t get your names, but there was another young lady up front who wouldn’t even acknowledge me and seemed to be upset because we did come in 1 hour before closing, I can understand how it could be frustrating but I also work at a urgent care and I would never be rude or simply not acknowledge a patient coming in wanting care for their child.  luckily the other MA upfront also noticed she wouldn’t acknowledge me and made sure she heard me which she did she just seemed upset or is having a bad day and choose to purposely ignore me. Besides that it was quick and easy to schedule and get in to be seen  Thank you
