I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

Reliable, trustworthy, and convenient. Everything you’d want an Urgent Care to be. Very thankful for the wonderful staff who always gets me feeling better!

Took my kids here and loved it the doctor and nurses were friendly will definitely recommend to my friends

The waiting was extremely long, almost 3 hours. The medication was called in a couple of hours after leaving clinic . There should be more staff to assist with busy time of year.

Very easy scheduling the visit and waiting time! All Staff bring excellence service.

Once we were seen, things were fine. However, we scheduled an appointment, got there shortly before the appointment time, and had to wait an hour and a half before we were called back. Then once we were called back, we had to wait another 45 minutes before we were seen by the doctor.  This doesn’t seem like there’s a good reason to schedule an appointment when you’re not seen until an hour and a half after your appointment time.  We have used this facility before and had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but this was really ridiculous and extremely frustrating!  In addition, I have called back several times to try to get the results of what the radiologist has said about the x-ray but because there is no one answering the phone and it is all automated there is no way to get these results unless I drive there.  There needs to be a way to contact a human being when calling. Again very very frustrating.

Everything was great the wait time, booking and more. They are the best place to go and they make sure to let you know what's wrong before you leave.

We had a great experience at this urgent care for kids. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and very welcoming. The front desk made check-in easy, and we were seen quick.   Would definitely recommend this provider.
