          The staff was very friendly but what i did not appreciate is having my daughter misdiagnosed with an ear infection, I had my daughter checked again with her pediatrician the next day and it was made very clear that she did not have an ear infection and did not need antibiotics. Thankfully her pediatrician diagnosed her correctly and she is now getting the proper care/treatment she needs.

          I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better.           I was shocked how easy it was to schedule an appointment on line and for my visit to truly occur at that time. The staff was great, especially the nurse practitioner, Brenda K. She was kind, attentive and proactive. She knew the right questions to ask which made the visit more efficient and easier on me. I felt horrible and she did not make me wait or have to talk a lot. I wish I could have her as my PCP!  I definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

          Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him. It's very appreciated. He is 8 and likes going there because they help him he said.Very prompt with calling in his medicines . Thank you so much.           I cut myself with the knife as I was cutting into a spaghetti squash and quickly called someone to take me over to the urgent care. I’m a veteran and the main hospital is far, and that’s the clinic they have that I should go to, so I come here whenever I have something urgent. My wait was only the call she did to verify and that’s it, I was in there and they tended to me, got me blankets because I was so cold and got me stitched up. Great bedside manner and very attentive. Even with the other patients, they made sure they were attentive to them even while being busy.

          Needed surgical clearance for cosmetic surgery- they got me in and out in under an hour as a walk in with no appointment! I am very happy and their pricing was pretty fair compared to other places I called in the area! I will continue to come to this location for any future last minute medical needs.
