I was pretty sure I had a UTI so was at Medella right after they opened on a Saturday morning. I was only the second patient and was in and out of there in less than an hour. I’ve used them before and the staff is always friendly and the office is run with great efficiency! I highly recommend them.

I came in to well care with a knee problem, and after seeing the doctor was turned over to the assistant Loreena. She assisted me in the brace for my knee and went above and beyond by assisting me with finding a referral for an MRI and a surgeon. She was able to locate an office, relatively close to my house and within my insurance policy. she was very helpful and professional in assisting me and guiding me through this relatively tough time. I believe she is the type of employee that goes above and beyond, and I would certainly like to hire people like her in my business. She was relentless locating the place for my MRI, and within my insurance guidelines.
