I had a allergic reaction and my top lip was really swollen. My experience was great, from check in to speaking with the nurse. I felt the nurse was a straight shooter as if I was talking to a friend. The lady who checked me in after I showed her my lips because I had my mask on, she was prepared once the nurse was done speaking with me. I really appreciate the both of them and I am doing better. The doctor on call was extremely nice and listened to everything I said and talked to me for a few minutes and didn’t make me feel rushed. I recently went to Express Family clinic, and as always, I was treated with the utmost care and respect - despite 30 people being in front of me. Did I have to wait? Of course I did - there was a line already out of the door when I arrived. I waited in my car until I was called in, and then I was treated thoroughly and professionally. Maybe it’s Covid, back to school, or something else in the air right now - but it’s been incredibly busy the last couple of times I’ve went. However, the owner and all of her employees were working like crazy to get everyone seen and treated as quickly - and efficiently - as possible. I’ve been coming to this clinic since it first opened and I’ve never been disappointed - and even with a long wait, I’ll still never complain. Best clinic ever.
