Professional Ear Wax Removal

My youngest had a smashed toe from an incident at his preschool. We got straight in and all the staff were very professional. Our family really enjoys this location. They are great! 100% recommend even for the little ones. ^^

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.

Too long wait time. I don’t recommend this place if you need urgent care.

This is our primary care facility. We love it from ability to get reasonably prompt appointments to friendly bedside manner, superb staff service, and high-quality care. Dr. Munoz (Ibrahim) is EXCEPTIONAL!.

Arrived and checked in at 11:01am for my appointment which was at 11:00am. Every single walk in on the virtual waiting list went in before me (5 parties). I sat in the waiting room until just before 1pm (maybe 12:55 or so- im not exactly sure— my other time stamps are by texts i sent to my boyfriend updating him). I was then immediately greeted by a friendly tech in the exam room who took my vitals and started the testing appropriate for my problem. Then I sat in the exam room with no updates from 1:03pm until 1:57pm when the doctor finally came in. I was out the door with all my paperwork at 2:06pm. Why offer appointments when I’m going to be stuck in the clinic for 3+ hours anyway? I may as well have gone to the ER.

It was a very good experience. No wait time, friendly staff and prompt care from the provider
