The app was a little cumbersome. The visit with the nurse practitioner was great. However the pharmacy was not able to fill the prescribed medicine. That was a big frustrating.  Staff Was great .   Wait time was great.

The Dr had no concern for when I said not a normal cough. Told the Dr that at times im coughing up flem when my throat alows it i feel like most times like there's a one way valve in my throat not allowing flem up until I cough so much I throw up. Took exrays of chest and said chest is clear so where 8s this flem coming from. She kind of had a attitude that she knows my body better than I do. The last time a Dr had her attitude towards me I ended up having throat cancer and it took 8 months after I said there was a problem that they found it. I hate to tell 5he Dr that I know what is normal for my body and I know my body better than she does when I'm having a problem

I specifically chose gateway Urgent care because they were able to do a chest X-ray on site! Just a great place to be seen when you are not able to see your doctor! I was seen by PA Garrett shortly after I arrived! He was professional & thorough with the exam! Called in what was needed for my Dx of Bronchitis! Flying out tomorrow to see my family for Thanksgiving! Thank you, Debra

On Friday night I knew I needed to see an in person doctor. It's the worst possible time to discover this. I went on line and found Solvheath. After figuring out how to find an appointment for Saturday morning, I was a little relieved. Had no problem getting in at my scheduled time. Doctor was excellent. They are even going to follow up with my lab results. Check-in wasn't as good as the Doctor though. Office Staff didn't seem to be interested in interacting with patients. They slowed the process down and even though I showed up a half hour early, they didn't get around to talking to me until the time of my appointment. I hope they were just short staffed. I would definitely recommend NextCare and the Solvheath scheduling system.

Best urgent care I have ever been to and I, unfortunately, have been to quite a few. I can’t say enough about the staff. The woman at the front desk was efficient and compassionate.  The doctor couldn’t have been any better. This staff gets 10 gold stars!

I was trying to kick what seemed like a regular chest cold but decided I wasn’t getting any better. I made an appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes with written prescriptions. The prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and were ready right away. The staff and Doctor were amazing. Thank you.
