Everyone was very helpful. I booked the appointment the night before for 9 o’clock when they open. I got right in and Dr. Emanuel came in. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and prescribe medication for me. I have been to urgent care a few times before and everyone is always so wonderful. I would recommend urgent care. I have insurance that covers everything. That was not a worry for me! I had booked my appointment the night before online.

I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.
