Doctor Abdelbkais was extremely attentive and generous. Front desk was pretty good. The only thing the MA gave false readings on my vitals, the pulse ox never read, but she said she seen numbers. Other than that visit was good.

This was my second visit to this location. I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in. My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.
