          Service was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was also very friendly and professional.  Explained everything along the way and concerned for my care even though my issue was not a big thing.           The front desk was busy, and the staff member who assisted me was not very welcoming. I was also charged a copay that I should not have owed. When I called back, Brittany said she would adjust the fee, but she was abrupt and ended the call while I was still speaking. Because of this experience, I am unlikely to return. However, the PA who treated me was attentive and worked well with me.

          I booked an appt the day before and was seen right away. I like that you can register and do all the paperwork online before the appt. Also, you can check in on your phone and it shows you a wait list. I went to the one in Linden and the staff was nice and friendly.

          Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen
