Went to ER scheduled ER follow up that day was a heavy storm called to verify and even though I got the text message for the next day, they did not see me on the schedule and made me wait till the next available in an agonizing pain left several voicemails. Good experience, but wished that something like discharge paperwork was provided that listed diagnosis, at home care, and medications/prescriptions sent to the pharmacy so that I could have a record of it. It’s what I’ve received at the urgent care facility I take myself to each time I leave.

My7 yr old grandaughter stepped on a thick rusty nail they immediately got us back Alexus was great with making her feel comfortable and almost made it fun for her.. the while staff was friendly and professional from front desk to nursing staff and PA .only thing I updated her pharmacy info due to a new residence - script got called into incorrect pharmacy which took us a bit to figure out , and a longer drive to pick up.

Scheduling was easy, I did it the night before. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line according to their link, and there didn’t seem to be many people there. Still, it took over an hour to be taken back and nearly 2 hours when all was said and done. This is my Urgent Care clinic of choice, but I’ve never seen this doctor before and it’s never taken this long in the past. Still, I would continue to use this clinic. Staff were friendly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy promptly.

The wait takes a little while but honestly that’s to be expected when you’re at any hospital or clinic. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Always a very clean clinic. Only thing I would recommend is to turn the tv down in the lobby. When you’re ill and or having a headache all day the last thing you want to hear is the tv blaring. Thanks bunches ladies

These folks got it all down!! Will never make the mistake and go to a different urgent care closer to me. Scheduled less than 1 hour before arriving at end of day like possibly the last patients and they took excellent care of my daughter. So quickly and testing completed rapidly . The provider was very kind and understanding. She met our needs and meds were given there . Pharmacy got the order we picked up before 9pm. The staff was all amazing !! Thank you for your service ❤️. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
