Was able to book the appointment on a very short notice. Staff and ANPA were very good and friendly.

Had an eczema flair up that was different from how it usually shows up and my usual medication wasn’t bringing relief. Looked at my local Indigos to see who had appointments and Puyallup had openings. Receptionist and MA were efficient, got in right away. My PA was knowledgeable and I liked her humor. Grateful for Indigo.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

So convenient to go on the phone app and find an appointment! Got in early and I don't think I waited 5 minutes before I was taken back. Was in and out in probably 15 minutes or less with a prescription sent to my Pharmacy.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The place was nice and neat and quick.

I started to feel sick so I thought I would make an appt to make sure I was ok. Scheduling was so easy and when it came time for my appt the check in and care was I received was the best anyone could ask for. I love going to this clinic whenever I need urgent care, and if I could make them my primary care I would do so in a heartbeat.

I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.

Didn't realize Urgent Care had gone to an appointment system. Was placed on waiting list and told it would probably be 3hours. I live about 10 minutes drive away. Rcvd text in 2 hours. Provider was very nice. Unfortunately, the prescribed antibiotics don't seem. to be helping. Still feel ill and sinuses still hurt. Will likely have to try to see my PCP or return to Urgent Care. Kind provider, would recommend to others. Medicine is both a science and an art

This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

My experience at this clinic was mediocre. I had an appointment so my wait time was a few minutes before I was seen when I walked into the exam room, I noticed that the computer monitor was on and displayed my full chart for anyone that could walk by. This really bothers me because that’s my protected health information on full display. And I know, for a fact that MultiCare has a policy for staff to lock the computer when you leave the room in order to protect PHI, and that clearly was not done. The provider who saw me was overall very flat. Was he nice? Sure. But I did not feel heard during my visit. His tone of voice was very flat and disinterested, he hardly made eye contact with me, which made me feel like my reason for coming was not important. I was telling him why I was coming in and my concerns and he wasn’t even looking at me!  I probably won’t return to this clinic.

I was a walk-in appointment. Swollen eye from a bug bite. My work wanted it evaluated. Received quality care.
