We are performing same day COVID-19 tests (RT-PCR test) which are approved for domestic and international travel. Self pay by cash/credit card/HSA debit only. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. NO insurance. $100.00 per test. Official results reported electronically guaranteed within 4 hours of testing with QR code for verification.

Rapid RT–PCR COVID-19 testing, cash/credit or debit card/HSA debit only, $165 for adults and $130 for children under 12, NO insurance accepted, results guaranteed same day and as soon as 30 minutes by email as a PDF with QR code for travel.

Administering the COVID-19 vaccines from Moderna (2 shot regimen), and Johnson and Johnson (one shot regimen), free to public by appointment. Please call for a vaccine appointment. Patients will be encouraged to wait in the clinic for approximately 20 minutes after receiving the vaccine, to ensure they are stable prior to leaving the clinic.
