I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly. They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing. They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. I see a lot of patients complaining about the wait time but you have to understand that since Covid hit they are understaffed and get no lunch breaks. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances. The wait may be long but once you are called you get the best care possible. I highly recommend Sun Coast.
