Acquired an upper extremity itchy rash.  Scheduled a 7:30am appointment and was seen quickly and provided with a prescription.  Great experience from beginning to end.  Efficient and friendly staff.  I would visit again.

Went there yesterday morning not feeling well i checked in and not even five minutes later i was getting called to the back i wasn’t even there for 15 minutes in and out service very friendly staff

Check in was efficient, the Dr and medical staff were great. Waiting on results of lab work and specialist referral. I would highly recommended this provider. Dr McGee has an excellent bedside manner and is very thorough, thoughtful and explains the process.

I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January  21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.
