4/24 @ 12:15- I came for an appointment yesterday and was turned away by front desk due to overcrowding, with a pretty negative attitude. Came today for severe nausea and was argued with about whether I was pregnant or not, and the medicine I said I was allergic to. I've had great experiences with different staff there, but today was not great. I also had to ask several times to pay my copay and was told, "You don't HAVE to pay the copay today." A different APRN for my last visit went back and forth with me about correcting my pharmacy on file, stating "I was not there to know who said what", after I told her the wrong one was put on file.

Great staff better care, concern and attentiveness than my PCP. I do wish they had the ability to do more. Dr. Campbell is not only a great professional provider, the amazing person she is shines through. If I could be her patient long term I wouldn't hesitate.

The process online was quick and easy. It gives choices of the times you can arrive. I appreciate being able to check myself in on the app as well. Staff was friendly and the physician listened to my concerns and explained what needed to be done. Definitely appreciate that.
