I came in with an eye issue. The provider didn't look at my eye only provided me with a prescription for two antibiotics. She said she didn't like eyes.

I have taken both of my teenagers in for sports/work physicals and TB tests the past three weeks. No problems with wait times, quality of care, or ease of checkin/checkout. Staff is friendly and efficient.

My eight year old son has an ear infection. He is typically afraid of doctor settings.  He was surprisingly comfortable with your staff. Thank you.

I made an appointment and filled the paperwork on line, however still ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours. Physician and staff were very nice.

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

The staff were very nice and smiling. You don’t see that much anymore. Facility was very clean.

Woke up this morning at 3:30am with bladder infection. Scheduled online appointment for 8:00am. Was seen at 8:01am and was done with testing, med evaluation and meds by 8:15am. Excellent friendly service with urgency, easy online registration and form completion makes it very convenient and efficient. Thank you!

My visit to Gateway Urgent Care in Gilbert was great. I scheduled online and my wait was short. Kristeena was wonderful. She was pleasant and caring and explained my diagnosis and medications to me. I would certainly go again and recommend to anyone.

I am 78 years old so when I had a serious bout of throwing up it left me with no energy one day later. I was able to get into the Nextcare facility immediately. I have been there before. The PA that I saw was attentive, concerned, thorough and concerned. He seemed to know what to do and what tests I should take while there He was also helpful in recommending me to a Primary Care doctor since I am new in this area. I was impressed with his knowledge and professional manner. I believe his name was Anthony. I would recommend him to future patients.

I have had respiratory issues for a few months on and off. The nurse did not take a lot of time trying to understand the full situation and sent me home with 3 days of prednisone and cough drops. The next 2 days I felt even worse and didn't get any relief from meds provided. The root of the cause was not discussed or some related illnesses like valley fever. Very disappointed.

Made an appointment to have my foot checked out to make a ease of care as this location had " x ray " offered at the location only to be notified 30 min prior to appointment via phone that it would not be a viable option. Now I am having to go to a secondary location to have a x ray completed, adding more walking on a possible broken foot.

Dr was real nice real thorough but the front office could care less. All they do is sit around talk to each other. My paperwork was done and I still sitting there not very happy with the front office girls

Everyone that helped us during our visit was kind, and thorough. They were caring and gentle with my sick 5 year old. Overall great experience.

Have had a sore throat for four days. Was in an out in thirty minutes including a swab test for strep throat. The staff was very professional and thorough.I would highly recommend this urgent care clinic.

Scheduled my apt the night before. Was waited at my scheduled time the next day . The office staff and medical staff were friendly and professional. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy for pick up.

Got in with 4 people waiting. Staff was very nice. Care was nothing. They did nothing for me so why do they let you make an appointment. I waste the doctor's time and it wastes mine. I had a painful lump on my neck in the back. She prescribed an antibiotic but didn't tell me what it was until I went to pick it up and I can't remember ake that kind. It was a waste of time
