Having been to other urgent care clinics, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was accommodated! Everyone was very personable and the doctor explained my condition very well. Now, I won't go anywhere else.

Made my appointment on the App super easy when I got there got signed in right away filled out some information and got check right away they also sent my prescription to my nearest pharmacy!

Woke up with Covid, and called and made an appointment! I love that there was no wait, no complaints from staff due to me having Covid and they were very friendly!

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Scheduled my appointment online the night before. Super easy online process. Had my appointment set at 1:30pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get checked in until 2:30pm... Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.

Went it as a walk in for twisted ankle first time here staff was amazing very professional helpful. Doctors were very caring knowledgeable. Newport Urgent care is the best.

This visit was my second visit in 5 days and on my first i was diagnosed with an ear infection. So why did I need a 2nd Covid test? Up charging? Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wait time was short or than the 15 minutes waiting for result of unnecessary covid swab test.
