Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.

I have had a pretty bad cough for 8 days. Congestion the is colored. I’m am not fast to jump to going to the doctors but felt after a week with no improvements, it was time. I work so very thankful they were able to see me last appointment of the day. Front office was super friendly and helpful. Back office was also very pleasant and I feel did more than the physician. Doctor came in listened to my breathing, asked if I had asthma, which I do not. Said I had no fever so just wait it out with cough syrup and inhaler. In the room for maybe 5 minutes, did not look into my ears, did not look into my mouth, did not ask any other questions? Now it is 2 days later and I am coughing so bad I can breath and going to make an appointment with my primary. So waste of $145. Maybe I’m crazy and tgat is all doctors do now?
