Had a bad sore throat and sinus congestion so after lunch, I booked an appt and got seen in less than 15 mins. This place has amazing staff altogether! I feel like they genuinely care for my health and is so informative of my medical care.  I am so happy to have found this place.

All staff were so friendly and kind. No waiting and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. They also took my Kaiser insurance saving me a 4 hour trip to the emergency/urgent care at the Kaiser facility.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Kept checking on me once I was in the exam room. Actually asked if I would like some water. Five stars, great attitudes all around, thank you

The care was amazing from the guy who checked us in to Dr. Al, but the X-ray tech today telling my 5 year old to lie down and not move “or he will hold her head down” didn’t work for me. Being in the medical field, I can tell you that’s never ok. Especially with pediatrics who are already terrified. He was rude, unprofessional and must have forgotten he was dealing with a CHILD. I would give him a 1/5 and everyone else a 5/5.

Visited SoCal Urgent Care for the first time regarding a car accident. From receptionist to the medical staff very attentive & professional. Would stronly recommend  this clinic for any medical needs. Thank you once again !

David the NP has great beside manner. My dad generally is a very quiet guy and normally won’t talk to providers out of shyness. This was the first time I had seen him feel comfortable enough to share his symptoms with a provider.

Very easy to schedule. Not a long wait time. The staff and the doctor were very friendly and professional.

Wonderful place to go for your doctors visit! They are very friendly once you come in.

This is my favorite urgent care to go to. The doctor's are all very compassionate and have great bedside manner. The doctor's don't rush your visit and they make sure all your questions are answered. I get my urgent care fee waived if I go to my place of employment, but I personally prefer to come here and pay my co-pay because I know I will not be in the waiting room for 2 hours and get a provider who works like a robot and rushes the visit. The front staff and MA's are all very professional and very welcoming.

This was my first time ever at urgent care. It was absolutely fantastic. Everyone there is wonderful, and so professional and well qualified, and the place is absolutely spotless and clean and made me feel so comfortable! Will use every time I am ever in need! Fantastic! Bruce L

Pretty prompt service in and out before an hour.

This is my second time here and the staff is soo kind. The office is clean and beautiful and wait time was quick. My favorite part is the staff. They are very very kind and informative with what is going on. I'll forever be using this location
