Fantastic experience!  PCP had no appointments before the weekend.  I was pretty sure I had an UTI.  Advanced was a blessing. Scheduled on line. Showed up. I was able to give my sample before the appointment even began. Megan was wonderful!  She is a gem! Keep her at all costs!  Great front desk service welcome and the medical attendants were so sweet. Everyone was engaged and had wonderful bedside manner.  So thankful!

I was able to schedule a follow up from a previous skin issue around my eye at a time that worked for me. Staff was friendly and willing to work with me on a further care plan. Medication was sent to pharmacy quickly and treatment able to begin that evening.

The staff at Advanced Urgent care is phenomenal! I felt safe as soon as I started speaking with the clinic manager. I explained to him I was a little dizzy and could not find my United Health Card and he looked me up and found it right away. He was so kind and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The doctor was also amazing. She was able to explain why I was feeling so dizzy and explained what happens when you miss several doses of your medication. I did not feel rushed or as if I was bothering anyone. She answered all my questions and I left feeling well informed and as if I mattered to the staff. What a fantastic team! I would absolutely recommend this team!

It was a strange visit. The PA at times didn't think i had a sinus infection. At times she didn't know or think it was bacterial or a virus. She wasn't sure what to prescribe. She changed the prescription she was calling in, because I knew it wouldn't work. She called in a different script then told me to wait to see my acupuncturist or chiro. She told me to go to my ENT and get a protocol. An ENT isn't going to see me for one infection in one year. She had good bed side manner. She seemed very scared to prescribe with me being on my new med. I think this clinic needs over sight from an MD.

I needed a COVID test but didn't have time to schedule an appointment. They fit me in with no problem.

Both front desk and phlebotomist were good. Had a very good experience and felt good after my IV. Thank you!

My husband took our son for a drive up strep swab. He’s 9 and hasn’t had one in years. He initially freaked out. My husband said the staff were so patient and kind. Gave him 5 minutes and came back and tried again and was successful. Thank you!

Visited today for a 4 month old injury showing very little improvement. My 1st Dr's visit elsewhere, dismissed me stating nothing is wrong and I will heal. And then I decided to try CareNow in Arvada. WOW! I received an amazing welcome and was continued through to meeting my P.A., LUCAS SPENCE. The Professionalism and Care was outstanding! I now feel like I am on my road to recovery in Lucas' care. Thank You Lucas ,Thank You all!
