Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I was charged a co-fee in error. $66.00. My secondary insurance was to pick up the difference of what Medicare didn't pay.

DR Euser and his entire team are professionals that do everything the right way. I have been with PRM for over 15 years and will continue to have them as my pcp as long as Dr Euser is practicing medicine. I would highly recommend Platte River Medical to anyone who has the need for a great doctor.
