Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

Armando was very nice and informative! Swabbing noses all day and still has a great attitude!

Everyone was supportive, patient, kind, and helpful. This is the only Urgent Care I got to because of the great customer service and attention they give to you.  I highly recommend this location.

Excellent experience!  No waiting.  Front desk receptionist was very kind and super helpful. Doctor took plenty of time explaining my situation and answered all of my questions and concerns.  Definitely a 5 star experience.

A great urgent care clinic.  I will definitely return if ever I have a health problem. Much easier to get in and out for minor health issues than an ER.

The staff is on top of their game. They were extremely kind and responsive. This is a great place to visit when on vacation and need medical attention. My virtual appointment had a couple of technical glitches, but the provider was on it.

I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.
