I needed my prescriptions refilled so I called the office. I was surprised to be talking to a computer, but it went smoothly. Arriving at the office, I had to use my phone to check in. Not being tech savvy, I was a little surprised, but Cathy helped me check in. I’ll be more comfortable with it in the future. The visit went well, as usual and I was pleased.

I have never had a problem booking an appointment. Staff is professional but friendly. It’s a rare occasion that I have to wait any time at all. They’re quick to get you checked in and put into an exam room. This office is filled with caring staff who are interested in helping you get better.

I was pretty sure I had a UTI and have just moved in the area and really didn’t know where to go. I was told about a the clinic in greenbrier. They were so friendly and nice. Helped me checking in. Took care of me .I talked to a Dr on video . She order my medicine and I left the office. I would. Definitely use them again if needed  I would recommend this provider
