I’m a multicare employee, I did the online visit for employee exposure and went in, waited in line 10-15 minutes then front desk gal took my info and shortly after they got me right back and I was done with my swab! The only thing that made me rub my head is: why would us that are coming in with covid symptoms be mixed up with those there for a Covid test to travel? Seems silly to me, the urgent care should be for sick people not healthy people mixed with some seriously sick people!! Anyhow pretty sure it is just what it is at this point and time. Very thankful for my great quick service so I could get back home and rest! Thank you!

The staff at the Indigo at Bonney Lake are excellent They are friendly, professional, and obviously care about their patients. I would definitely recommend this Indigo to everyone. I came for MultiCare Covid test due to exposure, so it was a nurse only visit. She was fabulous! Wait time was short. She thoroughly explained test (new bristles on collection swab, which could— and did—cause more burning than other cotton swab).

Staff was extremely friendly and professional, despite a very large workload from walk-in patients. Another location may need to be added in Gig Harbor to alleviate the patient load. (Or, this might have just been a post-holiday surge on a Monday morning.). The wait time as a walk-in patient was long (several hours), but I WAS seen the same day.

After searching 5 pharmacies for a covid home test, I stood In tearful desperation at their front doors in need of having my 10 yr old daughter tested for covid 19 on Christmas eve, they genuinely showed great compassion and kindness and squeezed her in right away for a rapid covid test. Recommend designated providers for appointments & separate providers for walk-ins.  Appointments are rarely on time , & because they bump walk-ins, the walk ins keep waiting & waiting & waiting - I’ve been twice to indigo in the last month & both times waited over 2 hours . It’s not a good system the way it is now.  Or have appointments only at select locations, but both at the same place is a nightmare

It was quick and easy to get my son into the urgent care, even though online it said they took walk ins, so I was able to make a same day appointment. Once there we were seen right away. We did have to get xrays and waited a long time to get results, but instead of answering any questions, staff did try to send us home with no answers or results. I had to persist for results and for some solutions to our incident.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

I came in for urgent care. I ended up getting a leg brace. The crutches they tried to set me up with wouldn't adjust properly. It's ok because they would have been awkward to use them at work anyway. It would have been kinda nice to get a cane, but they didn't have any...but everything else went just fine,!

I had been to Indigo in Federal Way before so since I have a bad cough with other symptoms and a very sore wrist from a fall I called them!  Everyone, from scheduling, sign in, Dr P. Singh, nursing, xray, all were very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.
