We love every part of PM Pediatrics. Love the Doctors, quick access to X-rays and of course the interaction with the kids. PM pediatrics offers world class care without the wait or hassle of an emergency room. Kids are the priority. My only complaint is the check in. Computer systems will create multiple profiles for your kids. Very frustrating when billing gets crossed, children get confused and you have start fresh each visit.

Walk-in COVID-19 test.. quick, friendly, helpful

The office is decorated so nicely for kids with Disney junior playing on tv and in the patients room. Wait was about 45 mins when I went in around 5pm. The nurse and doctor was extremely nice and caring and great with my 2 year old.

Went in for a Covid test and it was fairly quick. Staff was nice and environment was clean.

Wait time was pretty long but thats no fault of theirs. They were great at keeping me updated with how long we would wait. Im sure if covid wasn't a thing the wait time would have been much shorter thats why I still gave a 5 star. The nurse and doctor that saw my son were great and welcoming. Really liked the atmosphere there. Will definitely be going back should my children need urgent care!

Got a covid test same day with an appointment and only waited an hour that is amazing considering what is going on in parts of the country

Nobody wants to go to urgent care at night, just before closing, but we felt like we were in good hands. Staff was friendly, the nurses were nice (toddler tantrums and all) but the doctor had the best rapport with the little guy. Five stitches later and we were out the door with stickers and an ice pop... feeling “much better.”

Went for a COVID test and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and totally professional. Thanks!

Amazing place! Dr. Perez was very thorough and very competent in treating my teenage daughter who was having some asthmatic complications with a bad cold. I HIGHLY recommend this urgent care center!

I love this urgent care .. everytime I take my daughter even tho she is sick she love the place The staff Nd the Drs are amazing ... I will recommend this place to every parent to take their children’s .. you won’t regret .. If you make the appt through the app the waiting is not even more than 20 min.. thank you so so much !!!!

There’s no long time wait like other places. And the front desk, she’s very accommodating and courteous. I’ve been coming to this place for quite a while now. I feel so welcome every time I bring my children. I wish all urgent care adult or pediatrics are same like PM Pediatrics. 👍🏻👍🏻

We had a wonderful experience at This urgent care pediatrics. The nurse Sally was super friendly and took good care of our boy who sprained his ankle while skating. The doctor was super nice, the place was kid friendly and clean. It was a pleasant experience.

This is the best urgent care. Waiting time was not so bad and the care is excellent caring doctors and Nurses are very friendly they make you feel very confortable. I will definitely bring my family again

I have taken my son to PM Pediatrics many times upon the recommendation of his pediatrician. Overall, I have had positive experiences there. The staff is usually very friendly and good about making my son feel as comfortable as possible in an uncomfortable situation. Unfortunately, today’s visit did not meet the same expectations. I scheduled my son’s appointment last night in hopes of avoiding a long wait. Although we were running five minutes late and I called to notify the front desk, they stated it was not a problem. Upon arrival, I scanned the code to sign in, and then unclear whether to proceed inside, we waited in between the 2 sets of doors expecting to be called shortly since my son was listed next on the waiting list. About 20 minutes later, I walk in and am told that the paperwork was not submitted completely / correctly and worked with the individual at the front desk to resubmit the paperwork. We waited approximately 1 hour to be seen. The staff member who called us from the waiting room was polite and respectful but did not have the kid-friendly personality I am so used to experiencing at PM Pediatrics. Since the staff member was not successful in engaging my son and establishing a trusting relationship, my son (who was already nervous about going to the doctor) was a mess about getting the COVID test administered. After several unsuccessful attempts with my son squirming all over the place, I requested the assistance of the doctor on call. Dr. Lin and the staff member returned shortly after, and Dr. Lin did a wonderful job of facilitating the administration of the test to make it as quick and easy as possible. My son has seen Dr. Lin during many previous visits, and I have always been pleased with her knowledge, professionalism and positive interactions with my son. I am thankful to Dr. Lin for making an otherwise unpleasant experience end on a positive note!

Difficult time trying to get test results on the patient portal. If a Dr. Cant talk to me about my child I can & will move along to another urgent care.

After giving my daughter a strep test that came back negative and a covid test that will take a few days to return results, the doctor (who had time to lecture me about my choice of mask) didn't give me any sort of possible diagnosis for my daughter's sore throat. He was very kind to her as were both nurses who tended to us but no one really knew how to tell us how to proceed regarding attending school or had a guess as to what is causing her sore throat. Finally we were told "maybe some other virus" and that she could go to school bc there was no fever. Also even though we were told to wait in our cars until it was our turn, upon leaving there were four parties lined up outside and 2 had unmasked children. We only really go here because there's nowhere else to go on the weekend.
