Great Team of professionals!! Check in was quick ana easy.

I was a walk in patient. As soon as I arrived, the staff gave me the information update form. When I finished filing out the form I gave back to the staff so they could update my files on the computer. It was about 15 minutes later that I was taken into an examining room where the nurse took my vital signs. She was very polite and gentle when using the various instruments. When she had finished. she notified the doctor that she had taken the vital signs and everything was in the normal range. The doctor then gathered all of the supplies and equipment that was need to do the procedure which was to clean the wax out of my ears. When he was squirting the fluid into my ear, it was somewhat more painful than it had been on previous occasions. Aside from that, the doctor did a very good job of restoring my normal hearing. YES, I would recommend this provider. This is the second time that I have been to this facility.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

I went as a walk in, wasn’t busy so got right into the back. Waited a bit because I’m sure they probably had other patients back there already. PA I saw was top notch, very knowledgeable and friendly. She was a per diem ee and honestly if she was there full time that would be the only place I would go. Nice staff too.

I am suffering from allergies… but didn’t know what was wrong. I was able to go online make an appointment and within a few hours I was diagnosed. I highly recommend you contact them through their website.  Second time I’ve been diagnosed here. Staff is very helpful. They are always very supportive, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

The doctor was very competent and feeling better today after receiving new meds.

Absolutely no problems with scheduling and checking in. My care was excellent. I was very pleased with the experience and will certainly go there again if I need to.
