          There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

          I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A.           I called on Saturday to move my appointment time and was forwarded to a voicemail box where I asked for a return call.  I received a text message saying someone would call me back right away but that call never came.  I then received an auto notice where I was asked to confirm or cancel my appointment so I just ended up cancelling it.  But these follow on notices continued.  If I am charged for a no show fee I will be raising an issue.
