Great. But I’m still waiting for my covid results and it’s been almost 2 days

First time here and everything from scheduling and the visit was so quick and easy. Everyone was very nice. The provider asked questions and gave good recommendations. The clinic is so cute and clean. Love that there’s a parking lot. Definitely will recommended.

This is my favorite urgent care and my absolute go to place to get care!! The entire staff including the nurses, receptionists, and front desk workers are beyond friendly, nice, and caring. They work thoroughly and explain very well. I am a young adult and find each movie themed room to be very cute and rather comforting. Can only imagine that kids love this place! And they have a tv on and each room for kids to watch while they wait for the doctor ( not that the wait time is long once you’ve gotten brought back by a nurse). Also with covid and the new variant, I will admit it’s a bit hectic/ busy, but that is as expected. And I’ve still been able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time and left within an hour, which is exceptional! Anywhere else I’d go, I’d be waiting hours upon hours and booking online makes it quick, easy, efficient. PM pediatrics allows me to feel at ease and very safe in their care. I highly highly recommend PM pediatrics. Also a bonus is that they take patients up until they turn 27, which is great! Although, I wish they could take me longer because I love it there!! I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times since September of this year (it’s now December), being that I work at a daycare and germs & exposure get around pretty quickly. Also seemingly very cleanly, even with it being busier with covid. Also my doctors have let me stay until I felt safe enough to go home and talked me through my concerns and at home care plan & if anything were to go wrong or I continue to not feel well. Thank you, PM Pediatrics!!! So greatful to you guys!

We had to go back for a follow up for my daughter on Easter Day, From the check in lady at front desk, to the floor manager and the dr on call, all were superb. Very friendly, professional and actually took time to listen and speak with us did not feel rushed, would def go back if / when needed

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

We love every part of PM Pediatrics. Love the Doctors, quick access to X-rays and of course the interaction with the kids. PM pediatrics offers world class care without the wait or hassle of an emergency room. Kids are the priority. My only complaint is the check in. Computer systems will create multiple profiles for your kids. Very frustrating when billing gets crossed, children get confused and you have start fresh each visit.

The online registration was confusing. The appointment time given leads you to believe that you have an appointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean facility!!

Dr. Steven’s was friendly and warm. Everything ran efficiently.

I had a tree branch land on my right foot and went to Westmef. The wait was about 30 minutes but the people I interacted with very nice and professional. I especially was impressed with the radiology technician who could not have been more considerate. All in all a very positive experience

I was a walk in and there was hardly a wait time. I am very happy with all at the Rye facility.

I was struggling with flu like symptoms, and decided to reserve a time slot with the front desk, which did not matter because it still took an hour to see me. The nurse was extremely nice and took note of all of my concerns. The doctor on the other hand had no bedside manner and did not make me feel like I could voice my concerns. When I was speaking he cut me off and took about a minute max to see me before he walked out and came back with my discharge papers.

Front desk associate and security were pleasant along with the nurse. PA Didomizio’s bedside manner was non existent. It seemed like I couldn’t be discharged fast enough. She showed 0 compassion for the fact that I was in excruciating pain. I inquired with the nurse about a cortisone shot and she told me they don’t give those in urgent care so I said no problem maybe I’ll run upstairs to my primary doc and see if he can help me. The PA came in shortly after and repeated what the nurse already told me and informed me that my primary wouldn’t give me a cortisone shot. She was dismissive and her facial expression made clear that she thought it was ridiculous that I was asking for a pain treatment. I won’t be back to this location for urgent care to avoid having to be treated by this provider. I would not recommend them.

Not feeling quite myself, I cannot tell you how lucky I was to be seen by Matt, RN and Zingone, NP. this week at the Urgent Care in Huguenot, New Rochelle.  Both were professional and had the best bedside manners.  Ms. Zinging, NP was so thorough in her examination she even provided me with a referral order.  So blessed they were there for me.  I would definitely recommend them.  Stellar service - all around.

I went to get a covid test today. I was warmly greeted by receptionist who gave me instructions and I was called in and greeted by technician who was very nice and thorough. I waited for results and then seen by a physician. He checked my glands and throat. He was very nice and gave me some suggestions to help my sore throat. In all it was a very comforting experience and I would highly recommend the staff at 100 Mill Plain Rd. Thank you all! Ann Peters

My department came here for the rapid test. The covid test wasn't pleasant but the staff was fantastic.
