This is my favorite place to get care with fast and friendly staff. I use both urgent care in conway but this is my favorite one. I love the solv appt for every thing, so much easier.

I love Sherwood urgent care. Alan, Marjorie, and Rosie are are always kind, compassionate, and thorough.

The nurse practitioner that I saw was very nice, and very knowledgeable in regard to my respiratory infection for which I was being seen. I am very pleased with her treatments that she provided, and I would certainly see her again in the future. The wait time wasn’t terrible, but it could’ve been a little faster in order to help ease my symptoms. Overall, the Nurse Practitioner and staff, and the facility, are on my definitely would recommend list, to anyone else that needs urgent care.

I will start off by saying I have used this urgent care a few times and have been extremely happy with the care we have received. However, this one is a different story. I made an appointment due to high fevers, body aches, and chest discomfort of 5 days. The sweet LPN who took care of me listened to my concerns. She decided to swab me for the flu. As she was taking my swab to get tested the APN opened the door to our room. She was speaking to the LPN she said “did you get a PCR on her, this is probably COVID, not the flu”. I had explained to the APN that I had just tested negative for COVID two days ago, that I really did not think that’s what this was. She got a rapid COVID test which was negative. She then said she would send it off for PCR and that it would probably be positive and that’s what we were dealing with. I asked her for a chest X-ray. She stated “your lungs sound fine”. She offered to draw blood work, I agreed. She sent us on our way telling us it was most likely COVID and that we would get the results tomorrow. My husband left from the urgent care and brought me to the ED where I am admitted for double pneumonia and having a sepsis work up. I’m glad I advocated for myself and didn’t settle for a COVID diagnosis. If I would of waited too much longer I’m scared about how much worse it would of gotten. I think it’s always wise to listen to your patients and not jump to one conclusion so fast ( and yes I have been fully vaccinated for COVID as well). But I am thankful for the sweet LPN who seemed as she was concerned!

The staff during the day and the staff at night is amazing I love this place this is my second time going there and they are the bedside manner is awesome they test you there they do everything there I highly recommended the friendliness the quality of care the wait time to cleanliness perfect

The facility and staff are top notch. Short waiting time makes Sherwood Urgent Care a great choice for busy people.

We came in for Covid test to travel and the ENTIRE staff was extremely helpful and very nice! I did not realize that a medical experience could be this good! Not that I want to get sick anytime soon but would come back here or recommend this olace to anyone!!!!

As when I had to go in September, everyone was really friendly but Elizabeth is the absolute best ever! We have a PCP but I will be using this walk-in clinic as needed as long as Elizabeth is there!

Been to this urgent care several times. They listen and they have always gave me the proper meds that actually help me within hours. I’m sold on them and will go there first before my MD now!

I had to get a Covid test to rule out Covid as I have the symptoms of either a cold or Covid…..I scheduled the online appt so I wouldn’t have to wait very long…. On time and very efficient. Yay I was negative for the Rapid so I had the CRP done just to be sure though

The Dr and the nurse were the absolute sweetest people I’ve met at a Baptist Health urgent care :)

Great place to get care. Friendly staff. Very convenient, close to work. Easy to log in, complete paperwork and scan documents. Love the solv app. I wish all offices were this efficient. I would highly recommend Sherwood Urgent Care to everyone who needs care. Thank you!!
