Staff is courteous and caring.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Overall everything was good, but the check in was over the board, with too many unnecessary questions which was a bit lengthy. Yes I would recommend. But scale back on unescesary.

The entire staff on Saturday evening was kind, caring and professional. The PA was patient and knowledgable. Thank you. I have recommended this office to friends. My eye feels great. Thank you!

If the doctor isn't available and a urinary issue is urgent, patients should at least have the option to provide a urine sample so it can be held if appropriate or discarded if it ultimately can't be used. Requiring patients to hold it in until the doctor comes, or to simply go elsewhere, feels frustrating and ridiculous to me. Those containers are so cheap, I can reimburse them the dollar if needed. They were friendly otherwise.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

I recently moved to Wappingers and have been sick twice. Both of my visits to the HealthQuest Urgent Care were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and the exam was prompt and thorough. The care was much better than other urgent cares I have visited. Thank you!

Very good doctor excellent.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.
