I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. Was able to make a fast easy appointment for next day online. But wait time in clinic was very long even though I did have an appointment. I think AME should do reminder messages of appointments or when patient needs testing as well.

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.
