They treat you for maybe a few minutes and then run off to the next patient. Multiple times I’ve come and the staff has no time for me or my issues. Not even sure I’m getting proper care, just a quick solution.

Wait time of an hour when I had an appointment and waiting room was empty was not good. However, nurse practitioner was very good at taking history, reviewing symptoms, then discussing treatment. When it turned out my pharmacy was closed for Labor Day, staff very helpful changing prescription to alternate pharmacy.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.
